Shipping Policy
Shipping within the continental United States is based on weight and size of the product. A handling fee is added to the cost which is included in the final cost. Orders received after 3pm on any given business day will be processed the first business day after order.
International shipments: We do not ship internationally.
Return & Exchange Policy
Value Added Products:
Returned items are accepted within 10 calendar days of item receipt and must accompany the original receipt. Items must be unopened with all original integrity of the packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees of all items. Australorp Farm will pay shipping fees for shipping errors made by the farm.
Damaged goods upon receipt should be returned within 7 calendar days. Shipping cost will be paid by Australorp Farm. Damaged items outside the farms control will be replaced with a new item or similar item at customers request subject farm discretion.
